The Supervisory Board is entitled to advise the management body of the Schoolinter alia on the strategic vision and current performance. In fulfilling its duties, the Supervisory Board should be guided by the interests of TechMinsk and its activity.
TechMinsk management interacts with the members of the Supervisory Board on a regular basis with regard to relevant questions relating to the School’s activity, strategy and new products and courses. The members of the Supervisory Board may also assist TechMinsk of their own free will in carrying out its activity by means of e.g. recommending particular individuals/companies as tutors, mentors or investor for the School.

Tania is CEO and co-founder of BEL.BIZ, a fast moving company with global perspectives developing the Startup and entrepreneurship ecosystem in Belarus. In 2013 Tania founded TechMinsk, international program for tech startups.
Prior to BEL.BIZ Tania spent 8 years with the International Finance Corporation leading various projects for private sector development within IFC advisory activities.
Tania graduated with honors from Minsk Linguistic University, she holds a M.A. with honors in International Economics from Belarusian Economic University, and received her International Executive MBA degree from Madrid IE Business School.

Hrish Lotlikar | Managing Partner at EastLabs, venture capital seed accelerator fund
Hrish is a founding Managing Partner of EastLabs, a seed stage venture capital fund based in Kyiv, Ukraine. He is also a Director at Startup Labs, a seed stage venture capital fund based in San Francisco, California, investing in emerging markets around the world. He is also a Mentor at TechPeaks, an information technology accelerator based in Trento, Italy.
Prior to Eastlabs, Hrish Lotlikar served as Vice President at Spencer Trask Ventures, where he sourced, analyzed, and executed investments in internet, biotechnology, health care, consumer/retail, telecommunications, and media. His past investments include Innocentive.com, Cybersettle.com, LocalMatters.com, Prescient Medical, Precyse Technologies, Prolor Biotech (PBTH), Retaligent Solutions and UFoodGrill (UFFC). Olga has been working for the International Finance Corporation since 2005. Prior to her work as the country office head, Olga was the Project manager for Food Safety Project based in Minsk. Olga has got her BA with honors from Minsk State Linguistic University and MBA degree from the University of Mississippi, USA. She has been actively involved in IFC investment activities in Belarus and the region. Olga is passionate about startups and SMEs which would play a pivotal role in private sector development in Belarus.
